THE 100 DAY PROJECT
A big thank you!
I can't believe I finally finished the 100 Day Project. It was an amazing journey to embark one and it has sparked so much creativity and drive within me. Thanks to everyone who encouraged and supported me throughout these past few months. This became much more than just pressing a button on the camera. I learned so much about photography in general and also about myself. It started off with me meeting a new person a day and taking a portrait photo. Then it morphed into meeting mutual friends to take photos and have intentional conversations. And it finally pivoted to include some landscape views near the end. Though the means of getting through the project changed, the goal still remained the same. To be consistent and improve upon what I know. It's been a ride and I can't wait to start something new. I want to continue to improve and grow. I feel like I've grown a lot since Day 1, but there's always more to strive for. Thanks again everyone for all your sweet messages and your encouragement throughout the last 100 days. This wouldn't have been possible without you guys.

Morgan
Finishing this project with a special one. Morgan is an amazing friend who's been doing great things in Hong Kong. Thanks for meeting up while you were in the Bay Area. I'm excited for her as she starts her Master's program in the fall. Keep slaying!

Sue
Meet Sue, another Hokie out here in San Francisco. Good luck on your last year of architecture school! Thanks for meeting up and exploring with me and my friends.

DAD
This is my dad. He puts up with a lot of my annoying nagging and cat obsessions. Thanks for being awesome, Dad!
97
Brian
Brian and I have been friends for many years too! It was great catching up and it was so nice to see old friends. Thanks for showing me around Boston!

Darren
Darren working on his posing on Acorn Street in Boston!

Wendy
Wendy and I have been friends for many years and I'm so glad I got to hangout with her while I was in Boston. I got to take photos of her and other friends. I try to capture candid moments sometimes because they're genuine. These are a couple of my favorites.

Los Angeles
LA, you were good to me and the sunsets are just prefect.
92
Point Reyes Lighthouse
It was cold and windy, but the fog made everything look so mysterious (and a little scary).
91
Shaun
We walked around the Arts District and found some plants and trees to stand next to. We also avoided the sun and the shade was our best friend.
90
Russell
I can't believe it's already Day 90. I've met so many creative people after starting this project. Russell is another person who's work I really admire.

Shaun
One thing I've learned since starting the 100 Day Project is that this platform can be a place where you are able to meet a lot of other creative and genuine people. Shaun is one of those people and he's always encouraging me. Happy to call him a great friend.

Connie
Connie is super cool and I like her style. It was great getting to meet up with her and other individuals in a creative setting.

Nino
What can we do with a wall and a projector. The image projected is by Nino Panes.

Peony
Haven't posted a portrait in so long! Got to meet some people the other week in a creative setting. A friend had a cool idea to project images on a wall as a backdrop.

San Francisco
The views that this city offers are all amazing, even on a cloudy day.
84
The Marina
Somewhere in the Marina District. I've been thinking about how the 100 Day Project and how it has pivoted twice now. It's crazy but I'm glad I made the shift to include things other than portraits. It has lifted a burden off my shoulders, and it's been quite refreshing to try something new again!
