It was awesome meeting Russell! He's very knowledgable and self-taught. He is always striving to do better and find fulfillment in his work. I originally edited this in Photoshop. With his advice, I downloaded Lightroom and I've been really enjoying it. Can't wait to keep learning how to use it.

All this bokeh makes me happy! Learning to embrace my mistakes and learn from them. It was nice getting out of the city to explore a new place. Can't believe Muir Woods is only 30 minutes away and I've never been before until last weekend!

Tried something different! Portraits with window reflections are so difficult to capture. Thanks for letting me practice, Janet! I've been shooting less and trying to focus on my editing. I find it very fun and therapeutic!

Chuck

I can't believe that we made it halfway through The 100 Day Project! I am floored by the support and encouragement I've received over the last 50 days. I've learned so much but it's only the beginning. I want to develop a style that is recognizable. Everything takes time and I am still exploring while having fun. I have so many aspirations an goals for the future. I use to limit myself because I thought I couldn't achieve anything notable. But now, the sky's my limit. This creative outlet has surprisingly opened so many doors to new friendships and new found confidence. Again, a big thank you to everyone!

I can't wait to catch up with this girl tomorrow! Glad we met through this project of mine. Janet is such a hardworking individual and I am seriously inspired every time I talk to her.

Summer

So happy I was able to catch up with Summer during lunch the other day! I miss being her roommate but she moved not very far away so we can always meet up easily!

Sunny

Sunny has become such a great friend since I met her this past year! We went to a matcha fest last weekend and we also got to catch up over some drinks a few days before that. I'll miss you over the summer!

Jeff and I tried going to Baker Beach to catch some photos of the sunset. Then Karl, the fog, showed up. At least lighting was nice and even that day despite the wind!

Been experimenting lately with black and white. It's been really fun to meet new people through this venture and I feel so inspired to learn, to develop a style, and to keep pushing. I don't want to lose momentum!
